About Arab Leadership University

Fully online Arabic digital university serving the League of Arab States.

Overview

This MSc is for local-content officers, strategy staff, and family-enterprise suppliers who already live inside GCC energy diversification files without being licensed engineers. Arab Leadership University will not train you as a PE or CEng and will not put national-oil-company logos on the page. You will map local-content metrics, supplier development, and Vision 2030-style diversification as management and policy, not as plant design. Tuition-free online. Capstones use anonymised procurement and skills files, not a reservoir-engineering problem set. Identity-checked exams sit beside commercial memos. You will repeat the PE/CEng boundary whenever energy technology is discussed in class or marketing.

Delivered fully online with live seminars, recorded lectures, and tutor support.
