This MSc is for managers and people-ops leads whose teams are full of career switchers studying online at odd hours. GlobalMind University sits in that world: tuition-free remote study, ES/PT/HI hubs, English assessment. You will design workloads, study-leave honesty, and distributed onboarding for people who are nurses-becoming-analysts, teachers-becoming-PMs, and contractors-becoming-founders—without claiming an HR practising certificate. Capstones use a real (anonymised) switcher cohort, internal mobility dataset, or manager playbook. Managers will practise UTC-based review clocks and write a dual-load note a night-shift employee-student can actually use, without a Minneapolis-style campus orientation or a CIPD badge.
