MSc Follow-the-Sun Service Design (Online)

GlobalMind University’s MSc Follow-the-Sun Service Design is for people who already own global support, student services, or digital customer operations. You will design handoffs, knowledge articles, and staffing that do not punish the last timezone awake. Spanish, Portuguese, and Hindi hubs are first-class service channels; they still do not change the language of academic assessment on GMU programmes unless a bilingual pathway is named. Tuition-free online; examination fee only. Capstones use a real (anonymised) queue, CSAT comment set, or knowledge-base.
